Try to boot in safe mode. You may be able to do the repair install with the DVD

You may also wan to type this from and administrator account. Type cmd in search. In cmd type
fixmbr \Device\HardDisk0 on CMD

Be warned, the fixmbr is powerful and can make unwanted changes to your system

Please try to give more information. You tried to boot to and run the Win 7 install DVD and it would not boot?

If you could boot the Win 7 DVD, did you go to repair and select startup repair, or fixboot or mbr, whatever is shown? And if you did, what message did you get or what happened?

Have you changed any drives or done anything with the bios?

Can you think of anything that might have damaged your install?

Have you tried what richc46 suggested?

If your boot image is corrupt, the system should boot to a Win 7 install DVD. If you really can, select language then on the next page select Repair on the lower left. Then see what messages you get. If if asks to repair, click OK. If it will let you, select the install you want to repair the next, then startup repair. When it is done, try rebooting, if it doesn't work, try the repair again.

The Startup repair works in stages so it may take 3 attemps to repair your system.
