Solved Boot Order Engagement

Hello
I need to run Acronis to do a TIB on the hard drive. This is a HP 8100 SFF Elite.
I can F9 to access the boot order. When I select and then click on the ATAPI CD/DVD DRIVE nothing happens.
I can can on sata and windows then boots.
I go into setup and arrange the boot order ATAPI first, then USB, then Hard Drive. When the system boots instead of engaging DVD the boot simply engages Windows 10.
I then added an external USB DVD drive in an attempt to bypass the internal boot hardware.
Again the system boots into Windows. And after repeated changes boot order and so forth I am unable to access the DVD Drive be it internal be it USB DVD external.
Thus if I could press 'enter' during F9 encounter when selecting the ATAPI I would be able to launch Acronis.
What may be a possible remedy?

Tell me Parvardigar, are you using a Windows 10 computer nowerdays? Because if you are, then you might receive more help from the people at Windows 10 Help Forums .

What are you trying to boot from? The system won't boot DVD if secure boot is set only registered o/s can boot why can't you run acronis from Windows
