boot performanc monitoring and shutdown performance monitoring issues

hi all. I am getting several errors with bood performance and shutdown performance monitoring issues. I was wondering if anyone knows what the errors are and how to fix them.

they are errors:

They are in order from most recent to not so recent. They are all warnings(most of these are warnings), errors, and i think 2 criticals. the bottom of the list started the 15th. the top is today-the 29th. i have updated everything i can think of, and i really think these may help lead me to some boot up problems i have been having.
Btw- did a clean install of win7 64x the 15th. VERY FEW programs installed. ALL updates current. no games. just basic stuff like adobe etc.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Is your boot up slow? Don't pay attention to these unless you notice that your computer isn't performing well or is crashing etc.

sometimes it is very slow. when the desktop appears, SOMETIMES It will kinda freeze and i can't do much. Internet won't work til all the processes are done loading(i CAN access the task manager, but won't all me to see processes from all users til done loading all the processes-i need at least 45 to load properly, but when the issue is happening, it only loads 36). And when the internet does finally come up and starts working it is VERY slow-taking long time to open windows like yahoo- up to two minutes!

But, if i am having the issues, and i reboot, it usually fixes it. Everything seems to run fine. The issues only occurs every 3 or 4 boots.
