How did you reinstall Windows 7, which edition, which version? Did you use an OEM DVD or MS DVD or DVD-from-an-ISO install? Was this a full install or a repair install? Exactly what error message(s) are you getting? I'm at school, so I will be in and out of here throughout the day. However, there are many many wiser folks than I who can very likely help you get Windows going.

A repair install can only be done from within a booted and loaded Windows. Do you have the Windows 7 install DVD? If yes, boot it and find the choice that offers to fix the Startup. That Startup fix might be just what is needed to get Windows 7 booted and loaded.
