Hi all,

I just installed Win XP on my new latop on a 10GB partition that is on the HDD that holds the ~600GB Win7 partition.

I have done this before and usually I get the BIOS screen that lets me choose between OS's.

But this time I cannot choose and it only boots up into WinXP. The drive letter of the Win7 partition is E, the XP one is G, and the system reserved space has taken up prime C position. Also my external HDD has gone to D.

All help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
StubbyHS

My guess would be that this is an "active partition" problem. Please post a full picture (snip) of your Disk Management so that we can have a look.
