When i start my computer and its done loading motherboard screen..
And is right about to load windows this comes up

I can't get to windows at all..
And I've just bought a new Cd drive today which should come tomorrow or friday..
(other one broke)
I just need to know how do I fix the bug?
- I got no windows CD because it was too scratchy.
Please some one respond fast, i really need it up running again.
(Im using a crap laptop now to use this forum)
