BootMGR is missing help

i made a windows xp bootable usb but when i boot it says bootmgr is missing

No help!!!

Hard Drives
No
Antivirus
Avast
Browser
Opera Mini
This means it is attempting to boot the hard drive and not the stick. If you're sure you've selected the stick to boot but getting this result, I would write it again.
