Do you have your install disc for windows 7, as if so you should be able to run startup repair and recover the bootmgr

see this tutorial

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, Windows 8 Pro (sometimes)
You'll need to mark the 100mb System REserved partition (first choice if you have it) or Win7 partition Active first: Partition - Mark as Active (Method Two)

Then from the DVD or Repair CD run Startup Repair 3 Separate Times until Win7 starts on its own.
System Repair Disc - Create

You can also do this with free Partition Wizard bootable CD. Boot PW CD, rightclick 100mb or Win7 partition to Modify>Set to Active, OK.

Then click on the WIn7 HD to highlight it, from Disk tab select Rebuild MBR, Apply all steps. This may preclude the need to do the Repairs.
