Ok, It's bit long process to what happened to my computer so i'll start from step one..

I went home, i got a error looking like, disk read error occured, press ctrl+alt+delete, (this was in begining start up), and i pressed ctrl+alt+delete, and same error occured.

So i decided to do a complete restore from factory settings, it reformatted onto hard drive, but when installing, it stopped around 27% or 30%, it was random, and said a error has occured, i forgot the error sorry!!.. so it never reinstalled fully, which is why i think i got bootmgr error.. so then i had to reboot it and i saw bootmgr missing.

So, then i saw this fix, i was so stupid to follow it, and it told me something about recboot, and i did recboot.exe on command prompt, so then all the commands were sucessful, and when i rebooted computer.. it showed bootmgr missing still!

now when i press f11, (thats the key how to restore to factory settings), it gives me "bootmrg missing"

please help me fix, dont want to pay another 700$ for another computer, its no longer in warranty. i also have cds for nothing!! :{!!

What are these "CDs"? Repair disks? Windows install media? Image backups? Movies? Music? Certificates of Deposit?

Thanks for clarifying. erickho123. I must admit I was a bit thrown-off.;)
It would appear (from your description) that you will indeed need Windows 7 install media or recovery media provided by the manufacturer to solve this issue (I may be wrong).
That being said: There may be an option to boot live media and "rip" the recovery partition to external media. Possibly even using live media to get the recovery partition to boot.
I'll look into some options while others have a go at offering assistance.

   Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Yes, you need a Recovery disk to reinstall.

I am thinking of cleanign everything on my hard drive, and trying to reinstall windows 7, but i have no cd, do you have any idea to that? please,i dont want to rebuy windows 7 for cash again..
