Solved Bootmgr problems

bought a windows 7 recovery disk i booted it up, it goes to select language etc after that it goes to a page that says:

"if your operating system isnt listed ,click load drivers and then install divers for your hard disk."

The problem is i have no i idea what drivers are or what to do.. yes i know i am not good with computers.

If your OS isnt showing up in the box then it means that the c:boot is missing and the partition is lost, Try installing it on a new partiton and then copy your files from windows.old to the new install

okay so how would i go about that?

You will need to get hold of a install disk, failing that just download one from torrents. Then when you have ran it off a memory stick or cd it will ask you to install from clean or upgrade, Id go for clean and then resize your HDD
