Just bought a Sony VPCF136FM last saturday and i kept on getting BSOD everytime i play a game with good graphic. It randomly restart, the fastest it restart is 2 min in game and the longest is like 3 hours. I just return the laptop and trade it in for a new one and i still get BSOD when playing the game. Is there anyway to fix it? The graphic driver is Geforce GT 425M. I heard increasing the ram voltage but does running the game in another compability mode work?

It isnt the ram. Bugcheck 116 is a video card reset though we need the actual DMP file to find out its cause.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
