The text document (dxdiag) is my system information

I really dont know what to do any more.. it happens even before i format my com. Before i had windows 7 , it was window xp .. Can any professionals give me some suggestion on how do i fix this.

All your crashes were caused by your AVG software
Remove it using the Uninstall tool
Use MSE instead
