ah , My system :
Phenom II x4 945 @ 3GHz + CoolerMAster Hyper 212 + ( fulload under 60oC )
Gigabyte 970A-D3
Corsair GS800

Changing the RAM frequency to 1600 is actually considered overclocking if the default value through the BIOS is 1333. Keep it at 1333 and continue to do your normal routine for a few days. Post back if that resolves the problem. Your Phenom II x4 945 was probably having a difficult time with its memory controller handling the 1600 frequency.

Well , I never thought that 4 x 3GHz CPU can't handle DDR3 @ 1600 , i will keep testing with 1333 for a few days . No crash so far .

Yesterday , My computer suddenly stop working again . Not BSOD . Its running , then suddenly the monitor turn to black , blue light turn to orange , keyboard and mouse turn off , everything just turn off complete , except the FANs is still blowing . Theres nothing i can do to turn it back on , even unplug and wait for 20 minutes . Then i open the case and i found out that , the custom heatsink that i attached on my Mainboard's mosfet is dropped out , theres 6 of them total , 1 drop on my VGA and laying on it , 1 is still hang freely on the mainboard . Then i started to removed all of them . Surprisingly , after doing that , the computer could boot again , without having to wait through the night . I don't know if the heatsink is the culprit , or its just coincident :\
Btw , i think i had 2 problems , BSOD and the strangely turn off
With BSOD , I think may be you're right , after set my RAM back to 1333 and only set the timing to 7 7 7 21 or auto . The comp running pretty stable until now . Will keep Testing
With the strange turn off , it only occurs 2 times , all are in 3 days . Still waiting if it still happen after removing all the small heatsink from Mosfet ( Its custom , the original mainboard doesn't have heatsink for Mosfet : Gigabyte 970A-D3 )
Here is the custom heatsink that i used with my Mosfet

See how the system does for a week or two. If you get any more freezes/crashes, please report back. I am wondering if the heatsinks falling on other hardware might cause other issues due to shorting something; hopefully not, but better to be safe and keep an eye out for any strange behavior with your system.

Best of luck!

Last Night i have another Reboot . Same pattern like last time , it happen while i'm navigating an video file with PotPlayer x64 . So its 4 times totally , that i get immediately reset while Navigating Video files with Potlayer . I uninstalled the one i'm using and replace it with the Newer version . I never have this kind of reset while heavy gaming for 3 month .
BTW , the BSOD didn't appear again for nearly 2 week since i lowered my RAM to 1333 , Didn't have a BSOD on Windows Startup until now .

Remove your graphics card, clean the contacts and the motherboard PCI slot, and replace the graphics card. To clean the contacts on the card itself, use a can of compressed air or a coffee filter. Do not use any cloth that might leave lint on the contacts. For the motherboard PCI slot, "Use an ink eraser or an electrical contact treatment, available at electronics supply stores, to ensure adapter card contacts are clean" (Bug Check 0x7A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR).

As you add and remove hardware, follow these steps for ESD safety:
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
  4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.
Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

Look like everything is ok now . Stable for ~ 2 week .
Conclusion for my problem :
+Lower RAM to 1333
+Remove custom heatsink on Mosfet
+Replace old version of PotPlayer X64
Thank you
