Hello ninomax, welcome to SF!

Could you tell us when exactly you did this memory replacement? You have multiple dmps in there and I'd like to be able to see if all were AFTER RAM replacement or if you actually had some before that...

On thing to do is free some more space on Disk J: It is nearing the 2% free, which could cause problems, depending on your usage of that disk.

Also, can you tell me if you have problems with office activation?

Next, I think you are using third-party software to check your machine. PC-Docter in this case? Please don't, de-install that. They do more harm than good. W7 really does not need that.

If ALL these crashes started AFTER placing new memory.. then there are two things to do:

1. Re-seat the ram sticks after cleaning the slots. Just to be sure the connections are good.
2. If this and the above does not solve it... then do a memtest: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Hello MvdB
thanks for your kindly response. Probably the BSOD i encountered is caused by RAM replacement as i initially upgraded to Crucial KIT 8GB (2 x 4GB). Then i made a test by removing 1 RAM and everything seemed to work fine, not anymore BSOD.
Regarding the PC Doctor, as it is a part of Thinkvantage Toolbox on my Thinkpad T400, is it necessary to remove it?
Thanks
