both 2964444 & 2929437 installed

Every where said that you need to have either 2964444 or 2929437 installed.

What if both are installed because windows update is set to automatic update and both are installed at the same time. Would it cause problem?

That's normal behaviour, I think - Windows Update will actually have attempted to install one, and found that the patch files were already present, so it flagged it as installed.
