Can you tell me what would improve if I buy a PSU?I already have a 550 w that I thought will be enough for my build.

550w is the minimal but to assure top performance recommend 600watt or greater don't have to but it would improve it by stability and steady power

The GTX 460 requires at least a 450W PSU with at least a 24Amp 12V rail.

Im not sure about the PSU you curently have as I've never heard of that brand before. Couldn't say if its a good or bad one quite honestly.

But bear in mind, the advertised wattge doesn't really mean that much. The 12V rail amperage and effeciency is the most important.

To find out how much power the 12V supplies on the current one, look at the sticker on the side of the PSU and see what it says for the 12V voltages.

If its lacking, Something like a 450W 32Amp Corsair would do nicely for your system.

However, something like a 500 or 550W would give more headroom, allowing for additional future upgrades.

Corsair and Antec are very good choices, and are usualluy at least 80% effecient or better.

If your current one meets the Min. requirements you need, yet is only 70% effecient for example ..
Replacing the Power Supply for a higher quality, more effecient one isn't a bad idea.

Not only will it run cooler, but use less electricity from the wall to do more.

I replaced my sigma 500W PSU with an Antec 650W Earthwatts. That along with ASUS's EPU engine cuts my power bill a significant amount :D

After a GPU upgrade, your real system squeeze point might be your processor, or RAM. But they aren't bad...

(I know you are not in the US, but this will show you some examples)
4GB as 2x2 you could go 8GB of RAM, at a faster speed. DDR2 1066 is the standard for that board, according to gigabyte.
Newegg.com - PNY XLR8 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Desktop Memory Model MD4096KD2-1066-X5
Or if you are happy with 4GB, 4x1GB sticks in two dual channel configs would boost your memory speed and ability.
Newegg.com - Kingston HyperX 4GB (4 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Quad Kit Desktop Memory Model KHX8500D2K4/4G

Processor, not much room for improvement, but you could go up by ~500MHz

if you run the "windows experience index" tool, it will show you what is slowing your computer down. i believe 7.9 is the highest possible score, and YOUR highest score is only as good as your lowest score. so basically, whichever component that has the lowest rating would be a logical one to upgrade.

click START. right-click "computer". select "properties". to run the WEI utility.

according to WEI score,I have to upgrade HDD and Graphics card..But that is to me somehow silly..i have ddr2 800 mhz so that is low too..but in WEI it has a score of 7.1(NONSENSE)and it does not show anywhere on the pc that I could buy a PSU

WEI does not test your power supply. if you dont trust the results from WEI, i guess you should go with your instincts, or try something like pcpitstop. it will benchmark your hardware and let you compare it to other users test results.

Ah ahh. On about your HDD and from your specs you have the same drive i used to have (Seagate 160Gb) which is probably scoring 5.7 in WEI. Right? This is because it is a lower hardware version with lower cache etc.

I went up to a 500Gb Seagate HDD which now gives me 5.9 in WEI and i have noticed a considerable perfomance boost just from that in loading times and such.

On to your original question about a bottleneck. I wouldn't be surprised if your 2.4Ghz CPU may cause a slight one in some of today's games and even more so in future one's. Even on my C2D E6400 @ 2.8GHz running with my GTX260 i notice that my CPU is holding me back slightly.

All that i am saying is don't expect to see a major improvement. Has long as you keep that in mind you'll be happy with your upgrade and you should see "some" improvement at least :)

Edit: OH! and your next upgrade i would say go for the PSU, and try and get something branded like Corsair etc. Good luck with it all anyway ;)

The graphics card will give you a good performance boost.

Depending on what you do with your computer, your 4GB RAM should be enough, unless you're doing graphics work.

The PSU possibly, depending on it's age and rating.

As your WEI pointed out, the next bottleneck you're having is the HDD.
You can try a better HDD or, depending on your budget get a SSD.
You will see a noticable performance increase, everything will be faster.

AS far as the RAM, if you currently have decent DDR2, I doubt you will see much of an improvement going to 1066 in real world use.

It really isn't that much difference, other than in benchmarks.

However, if you plan on Overclocking your Intel CPU, then 1066 RAM would be ideal.
As you can set the RAM at DDR2 800 speeds, and start Overclocking the processor. this gives more headroom for a stable Overclock as RAM speed will increase with the FSB speed.

At this point, faster RAM Speed in combination with faster FSB speeds will make a bit of a difference.

If you do not plan on Overclocking, DDR2 800 is ideal.

My 2 cents for whats worth.

And I completely agree with Dave. A SSD will give a huge overall system performance boost.
