Solved Bought a computer for 45$

So i was browsing eBay today when i saw a listing for a gaming computer(APU powered) for 45 bucks, it was the last one and i bought it. My question is that if i did a mistake and bought something unwanted, because I've seen videos of some people getting unwanted and disgusting things when they got shipped. The specs are following:

One of the AMD A8 series CPUs
Some Kingston, G.Skill or Corsair 8GB RAM
WD Blue 1TB
Unnamed Motherboard
Unnamed Power supply

So tell me guys if this is fake or not, if it is i'll refund it in an instant. Personally i think this is fake.

Also worth mentioning is that the user who selled this registered in August of this year, he had no points for selling whatsoever either.

Yeah, but i was so tempted, it was the last one. It is probably fake, but if it is functional then that would be amazing.

when you get it, fire it up and see if it runs fine. if it does, you got a bargen if not, you have a 45 dollar paper weight

Guys, i just found out that the user who sold this unregistered from eBay and i ain't getting my item. PayPal says that it cannot find the transaction ID, so i basically got scammed?

Okay so i did a thing where i sent a message to the seller(he probably won't respond), if he doesn't respond in 20 days i can ask for PayPal to assist me and they will analyse further and report back to me if they will give me money back or not. I really feel sad now. The only thing i wish now is for my money to get back.
