Box coming out every time

Every time I up my machine this pops out... Went and looked it up the file and can't find it. I even set the Folder options to show hidden files.

Any ideas what to do?

Please use the METHOD THREE of the tutorial below to disable that .dll to start:

I guess you don't have any antivirus software, I suggest you to install the free version of Avira.
If you want to get a really good AV, go for Gdata.
Run a full system scan for viruses.
