Box popping up on screen with Chrome

Good day to all.
Can someone please assist me here I'm using windows 7 home premium with chrome.
On occasions when I select a site that chrome has found I get this box on screen,Is there a solution Please.

Try unchecking Predict actions to improve page load performance

You may have to delete your cache. You can delete it just for the one page to test.
