Solved Brand new installation of W7 Ultimate Lite; Updates takin 4 ever

Hi there, I just did a brand new installation of a Win7 Ultimate 7 Lite on my Netbook which full details have been specificated at the time of registration.
Since then the Windows Updates is continuosly searching updates for my OS without giving me any results at all.
If I check at the list of the installed updates is empty; looked at the log file hereby attached, downloaded the kb2479628.msu file but when I try to install it it start looking for installed upates on my computer giving me again no reply at all, and keeping is searching on.
What is supposed I should do in order to "unblock" the Windows Updates software?
I dont know if the coder who made the lite version has somehow disabled the Windows Updates functionality.
Waiting for any help I remain.

Thanks for replying, but as far as I know a Lite release is a modified version of the original Microsoft release so it could not be genuine at all.
Is this a problem to you?

Hi Juan,
You unfortunately do not have a genuine copy of W7 Ultimate.
An activation exploit has been used to try and circumvent WAT.
The licence indicates that your OS came pre-installed from the factory,
That CANNOT be true as the Bios, installed at the same time, is dated 2008 which is prior to the release of W7.

As per forum rules until you install a genuine OS no further can be provided.

thanx for your reply.
I already knew my OS was not genuine.
There is no Lite release of Windows OS that could be genuine, by definition itself coz MicroSoft doesnt provide them.
So I googled for one of 'em, dowloaded it and installed on my quite old netbook, that as you see is from 2008 and came with an XP.
A Lite release is a modified distro of a commercial release, we all IT (experts or fanatics) people should be aware of that; modified by someone whos able to do it, Im not among 'em, what a pity.
The help I looked for over here wasnt about the genuinity of my OS but about the Windows Update issue.
Anyway if you're allied with MicroSoft people themselves it's your choice that I cant argue.
