Hello,

I'm stumped I can't figure out why my system is having serious BSOD! I've already RMA a motherboard and I've built a whole new system, switched from Intel to AMD and I'm still having problems... I've had a few people look into it and they can't seem to figure it out. At first it was thought that my Redline Memory wasn't working well with my motherboard so I put in some old Kingston and it seemed to fix the BSOD problem, passed Intel Burn Test, and Youtube Test. However next day BSOD is back again, Youtube / Flash seems to trigger it the most.

Any Help is greatly Appreciated at a minimum I hope my new hardware isn't defective

Here is some computer info: (I've also attached my DMP Files)

Computer Spec:
CPU-Z Validator 3.1

Notes:
I RMA my first motherboard because of a faulty DIMM Slot, so chances of having more Memory issues are low? Doesn't appear so I think it's still a Memory issues but can't figure it out I don't know what everything means in these DMP files.

This has been a 3 week progress, so let me put in some background information:

The only problem I had with my Intel Set-Up was the 3rd DIMM slot did not read my memory, so I could not run Triple Channel, that is why I RMA that board and went with AMD. This is the motherboard I RMA Asus Rampage III Extreme:

These were all split between e1q62x64.sys (network driver)and tcpip.sys. Both are network related and I suspect related.

I would re-install the network driver and run a sfc /scannow. We can the see if there is a different cause.

OK I downloaded the Intel Driver from ASUS site, there is only 1 Driver so it's the latest version. I then uninstalled the Intel Ethernet Adaptor from Device manager then installed the driver and pointed to the new downloaded driver and installed without problems. I tried running the System File Checker and I don't think it worked, I've tried following the post information on how to use it and I couldn't get it to perform 100% or save a file. I took a screen shot of the command promt to show you what it did.

I just downloaded the shortcut to Elevated Command Prompt as shown in the other Form Post.

Then I copy and pasted what you typed and got the same message.

I have attached the CBS file.

Sounds like I'm having the same issue as you. New build, works great until I hop on youtube. Got led on what I now believe to be a wild goose chase by the windows memory diagnostic, so I'm back to square one. My best thought was that I shouldn't have used the generic Intel onboard LAN driver, but even using the one straight from ASUS didn't stop the crash. I'll let you know if I make any progress.

I just uninstall the Onboard Intel adapter and installed a USB Wifi adapter see link:

WNDA3100

So far I have not been able to reproduce the BSOD! I've tried a number of things that use to BSOD but no such luck, computer seems to be working OK, I wouldn't say GREAT because it still feels like something is wrong....

Any ideas? Does this mean the onboard network adapter is bad? Do I have a defective motherboard? Should I be RMA'in this board now?

Look at the Feed Back on the Reviews for this Board, appears that the Intel Adapter has Driver Issues and everyone suspects an updated driver will fix the BSOD issue.

Cons: Ummm well i am having a issue with the intel driver bsod intel issue so i am not taking that away with the board but everything else works great

Cons: This board does BSOD, but it is not ASUS fault. The BSODs are a result of the Intel NIC that is on board. If you put a lot of traffic through the NIC your PC will bluescreen. Check out the ASUS support forums for updates on the drivers. I have installed the latest drivers from Intel and still experiance BSODs. The best thing to do is be aware of how much traffic you are sending in/out the NIC. I have watched a few 1080P videos on youtube, one at a time, and everything has been working fine. However, trying to load up multiple videos will cause a crash.

That would fit with the tcpip.sys and e1q62x64.sys we're seeing in the minidumps. Guess they never got around to testing using the internet w/ a 64-bit system. Yeesh.
