what do you want or think you can achieve? ... bridging is what it sounds like - connecting two networks so that LAN traffic can pass between ... you won't end up combining WANs with 31Mb/s

any network can only have one IP address

nor will you be able to use both connections simultaneously

it's possible to get a router that will sync and traffic share (rare and expensive), but normally, combining bandwidth is done by the ISP's equipment because the timing and switching between streams is critical or you'll just get timeouts as the two feeds compete for the attention of the host - your collision domain will become a disaster area
