hello! can someone help me out with this problem..i made a new briefcase and put a folder in it consisting all the images and after they had transferred i closed the briefcase and later when open it to view the images the briefcase was showing the folder but not showing even one image. it directly opens file association helper and tells me "unable to find software for the selected file". please tell me what should i do?
If you are getting this message when you try to open the Briefcase, then see if downloading and merging the .reg file for the listed Briefcase option in the tutorial below may help.
If this is for an image file instead, then download and merge the .reg file for that file extension instead.
