Brother DCP-357C printer drivers HELP

Firs I tried my original disc but when it get to the part when i have to connect my printer it doesn't do anything. Then i downloaden drivers for windows7 from brother solution center and it shows me the msg : An error has occurred during the instalation.Please restart your PC , ensure sll active applications are closed -then reinstall "MFL-Pro Suite". ISO13- BrSifxInstall - 1
Can someone tell me how to install the drivers.

How are you trying to do it?

i use the setup for 357C and i press the right button chose run as administrator and then next ... I did this on my other computer and it worked but i need it on this one..

Try to download to desktop and go from there. If it does not work, from desktop try in safe mode.

i have a nother problem the "smart" gay that installed my Pc wrote in bulgarian and the folder after user in in bulgarian cyz i made the window on english but this didn't change and now nothing worrks from the desktop and i can't change it coz it's locked ... i think i need to reinstll the windows... but thas not god for me ... thanks for the answer a'll try it if i fix my desktop.. but this Pc i curse hahah
