brown stripes in win 7 ultimate x32

hi i just installed win7 x32 on an old pentuim 4 ht cpu with embedded graphics and 512 mb of ram and i get these brown stripes every time i open a window,i updated my drivers and the problem is still the ,does anyone have a solution?

Looks like your computer isn't man enough for the job.

Integrated graphics and 512 Mb RAM are not a lot of good for Windows 7.

Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, which will highlight any problems.

thanks but i already tried to put xtra ram into it but it doesnt fit and i suppose its ddr ram in this old pc but the ddr ram i have doesnt fit in it
