Browser chooser update

Hello,just installed some updates and one was Microsoft EEA browser chooser,but cant find it anywhere,any ideas please

Not being in the EU, I wasn't aware of this update, until you posted your question. I can't answer your question, but I did Google to find this:

Neowin.net - European Vista and XP to get browser ballot screen too

The link is for anyone like myself that is in the dark. All that I can do is ask a question of my own...are not EU Window users able to set their choice of which browser is default without the update?
