Is it possible to change the colour of the Ie8 browser.By this i mean the light see through blue colour at the top and bottom of the screen.I have problems with my eyes and am finding after a while that default colour starts to irritate my eyes could do to make it black.I know you can change it in other browsers but im used to Ie.
