Browser not playing video.

Hi Gents,

Just coming of a win7 fresh install. I installed the latest k-lite codec pack.

But i am still encountering this problem.


Video's wont play in the browser ? Any1 knows why ? :)

Browser is doing all sorts of weird stuff... for example :


Sometimes i get this error message, bassicly is says: "cant open website blablabla, we closed down the program"

This happens i think randomly.... After that i have to close down the screen cause it seems to freeze.

HELP ! :(

Hi there predjee.
The k-lite codec pack (or any other codec pack for that matter) doesn't help you with any browser issues.
Those videos (like the ones you'd find on youTube etc) usually require flashplayer ( i.e. Browser plugins).
Normally upon opening such a video the browser would notify you about any missing plugin and offer a download link. You could check under Tools/Manage Addons if that plugin is disabled by any chance.

Another reason for videos not playing could be disabled/blocked Javascript for that specific site (i.e the Noscript plugin for Firefox)
