When I use my browser to open any window it appears as minimum, how can I alter this please. Tried Google but not worked.

Right-click any browser shortcut and choose Properties.
Click the Shortcut tab and configure the Run setting to Maximized, then Apply and OK.

What you need to do is right click on the shortcut and open the properties dialogue. Make sure that Run is Normal window as in this screenshot.
