Hi

I have had a problem with all of my browsers and caches for a couple of weeks now - I cannot find anything in google or any website I have visited that works.

I am familiar with hard refresh and caches etc

I know for a fact the site started with a little car icon on the maps and then changed to a motorcycle icon about 2 weeks ago. I can see the motorcycle on other peoples computers and only the car on mine!

This is the same in FF, IE and chrome - no motorcycle shows - only the car.

I even uninstalled and then reinstalled FF but no difference.

Here is the site LINK

Anyone?

Have you deleted the cookies for the browsers? I see the motocycle icon on the map in your link with FF Android. I not a member of the site. Are you saving your logons for this site?

What do you see when you surf to this link?
Code:

I see this:

Temporarily change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and test the website that you linked to again.
(Let us know if you need instructions to make that change.)

I had my IPv4 DNS set to Google and I changed it yesterday to 208.67.222.222 which as you know is Open DNS.

I'll change back to google again ......

and yes if I browser that link it shows the old imge "car" ....

A while ago I had problems seeing a site so I complained to my isp who really didnt have a clue what was wrong. I googled it and found that if I changed the DNS to Google DNS everything was fine. Telstra, Google and the Public DNS all show me the old image from this site.

Ok I do thinks it's my dns ...... but I'm stumped as changing this back to the isp, google and Public DNS doesnt seem to do anything!

Maybe your ISP is caching files. Do neighbors that use the same ISP that you do see the car?

A friend has his ipad and he logged using wifi to my network and then his 4g and it was the car on both ..... so you think it might be an isp cache ..........
