Browsers font changed

I am not sure what happened. It could be a windows update that may have affected my default browser's font to change to bold. The browsers that are affected are IE9 and Chrome. FF is working fine. I have checked my font's folder and it seems all my default fonts are there. I would hate to do a restore and lose I have installed up to date. I have provided a ss short of IE and FF.
