browsing reporting/monitoring' software

As you know, users can clear they cache, history etc. in any browser if i am not mistaken.
Is there any free 'browsing reporting/monitoring' software?

ccleaner pro version will do a more thorough job than the free version, however, I have gotten along nicely with freebie ccenhancer and freebie ccleaner.

I don't wish to clean the cache and history of browsers, I need to get, at least, browsing history for my employees (my client's/business owner, in fact)
