I am currently running a system scan to see if that fixes the problem, and all my drivers are up to date. I also don't have the win7 cd as it was not provided to me by Staples.

I've done a system restore to the point before this started to happen, but the problem persists. I have tried reinstalling drivers, uninstalling new programs, etc. I downloaded a program that lets me read the dmp files and the common factor appears to be ntoskrnl.exe, but I've not been able to find a tutorial to help me repair it.

I also have a new dmp since my system restore.

If my concise writing is coming off rude, I apologize. I do appreciate any help you're willing to give me and am more than happy to wait patiently in the process.
