it error was since the first day but i can fixed it with disable the firewall but now i format the laptop and i cant fixed with this way, is more frequently when the laptop is in suspension and start to do something but not ever

Attempt the Bootable Seatools for DOS test. If you cannot go to the BIOS to change the storage controller mode at all, then go for the Seatools for Windows.

Take both the short test and the long test. Let us know the results.
