Without any further info, try running CHKDSK /R from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt.
Also try a bootable hard drive diagnostic: HD Diagnostic

i took out my video card and used my friends and it didnt crash...i have a nvidia gtx 260 and his card is cheaper than mine so it was a little laggy and it ran great except for the laggin due to a cheaper video card?

so im guessing the video card is the issue?

Probably heat. Intentionally underclock it to test and/or run it with a large room fan blowing inside the opened case, to test.

Hi

Probably not the card itself/ More likely the driver or heat. USAMSA is one of our best, TG is also exremely capable. Might want to try their suggestions.

To determine if it is heat related you should download cpu-z, and gpu-z (both free) to keep an eye on the temps
