BSOD 0x0000000A while system idle

A month ago I wanted to vamp up my computer so I got 2 new sticks of RAM and I also re-installed Windows in order to clear a lot of the junk on it. Shortly afterwards I started to receive BSOD's. I tried different chat sites which suggested testing the RAM, checking for out of date drivers, and even replacing the graphics card. I have done all of these and I am still receiving BSOD's. I have done all that I can think of and that I am capable of with my knowledge thus far.

A single dump is not much in terms of establishing a pattern, you can manually check the minidump folder.

C:\Windows\minidump

If dump files are present in that folder copy them to the Desktop, zip and upload in your next post.

The single dump posted, is showing that the issue appears to be originating from the wireless adapter,
NETGEAR WNDA3100v2 N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter, and its old drivers.

updated Netgear WIFI adapter

After reading your post I immediately updated my Netgear adapter with the wizard that came with it. So far I haven't gotten another BSOD but my display driver is still continuing to crash randomly. I have tried wiping the driver and re-installing straight from the manufacture. I have also tried 3 other video cards that I had laying around and it still continues to do the same. I am hoping for another BSOD so I can upload. The BSOD I uploaded was the only one in the folder unfortunately, I am not sure if the others got deleted somehow but they are not there. Thank you for helping me so quickly thus far, I hope I am doing okay with this thread haha.

Did you try a different slot, for the GPU (if available)?
What is the make, model and age of your PSU?

Make: Delta Electronics Inc. Model: GPS-300AB C Rev Age: roughly 5 years
According to that site it recommends 212W Minimum of 162W.

Today when I got home from work it was BSOD again. I will link the new mini-dump.

Thanks for the update .
The new bugcheck is exactly the same as in post #2, the driver doesn't seem to have been updated.
Please post following the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html.

Please stop using the adapter, update (it's so much of an update, 2010) your Ethernet
controller and run the system in that configuration assessing the situation.

Ethernet Controller

I saved the files from your download link but am unsure of how to use them, I do not see a setup application. As for the USB WiFi adapter I will unplug it and run an Ethernet chord to my computer instead. I will post again either when I get another BSOD or when I am done running that Ethernet chord. Sorry I am not more tech savvy haha, if you could provide me with a walk through on how to use those files you linked for download I would be greatful. thank you for your time.

Netgear Adapter

Thank you for showing me how to manually update the drivers. It has been very useful. I was doing it today with that netgear adapter (after i updated that ethernet conroller) and realized that Netgear's driver files have a setup application that is supposed to automatically identify your OS and choose the right driver version for it from the downloaded bundle. Well after doing some digging in the Device Manager properties i found out that the setup is downloading the Vista version of the newest update. Now i am trying to find the windows 7 update isolated away from the bundle so i can manually install. If you have any free time could you help me find that driver? its version number is 5.100.68.48. Thank you again for all your help, it already seems to be running more smoothly. If all else fails, i have a friend who is willing to help me do a clean install of windows on my computer. apparently the re-install of windows 7 i did a month ago didn't actually wipe the computer. but this will be a last resort option in my opinion.

Hi .

I wasn't able to verify the driver's date, but you can download and install then check
in the Device Manager to whether it has been updated.
