Solved BSOD 0x00000024 Ntfs.sys at startup

I've been having 0x00000024 Ntfs.sys BSODs and Bad Pool BSODs at system startup recently. Please help me identify the cause. See DM Log Collector files attached. My system specs are below. Thanks in advance!

I highly suggest that you undo your overclock as it could be starting to cause your hardware to fail.

This driver belongs to Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility, it is a known BSOD causer in W7. I suggest that you uninstall.

How often have you been getting these BSODs?

I've been having them them for a week. They occur in strange patterns. One BSOD at every Windows startup and then another one immediately afterwards, and then the system loads and works OK. The BSODs occur at startup only.
I doubt that overclock or Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility are the cause of the issue because I've had them ever since I bought my PC 7 years ago.

In the crash files that you have provided there is only 1 BSOD dump file from just recently. The rest are from 2014. And the overclock can shorten the life of your hardware. The crash file that was relevant to these recent series of BSODs is saying that there are many possible reasons for the BSODs. Including overclock. if we find out that it is not an issue, then you can simply overclock your system again. However you may also do as you please as we only make suggestions/advice from what we have learned.

OK, I'll try to downclock and remove the driver and write if it helps or not.

Judging by the fact that BSOD hasn't appeared for a week, the problem is solved. Thank you for advice!
