BSOD 0x0000003b Randomly

I keep getting a BSOD randomly with bug check code: 0x0000003b

I've tried to read the minidump, but I can't install the program necessary for some reason.

Here is the file created by the DM Log collector. I know in the minidumps from a couple days ago, virtualbox had a driver that was failing so I uninstalled that already. Any help is appreciated!
