BSOD 0x0000003B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION)

Hi im a complete computer novice so bear with me, I've used the SF diagnosis tool and included it ITT. Basically im getting the BSOD every 2 hours or so. I've tried installing Dell's latest drivers and the microsoft hotfix to no avail.

I only started having problems around the 16/1 of which the only program installed that day was a Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5.1

Thanks alot for this, i actually uninstalled macfee just before making this thread and haven't had a BSOD since. I'll download that free anti virus yuo suggest.
