Hi,

Sorry to bother you.
My Window7 occasionally got BSOD after wake-up from sleep mode.
Please refer to the attached files for dump and system information.

It is good to know that there is no issue with the SSD. But, the crash dump says ....

So it appears that it is the RAMDisc that is causing the issue there.

Size 2.00 GB (2,147,483,648 bytes)

Disable it in BIOS. then perform a clean reinstall.

I think my BSOD after wake-up from sleep is solved.
SATA ACHI Controller driver was changed from Microsoft to INTEL for 3 days, and no BSOD happened.
