Dear Friends,

I am desperately trying to upgrade to Windows10 from my windows7 machine.
After the upgrade, when the system tries to restart, I am getting below BSOD.
I tried most of the solutions available online but to no avail.
eg. ran chkdsk to check for hardrive issues - no issue found
ran windows diagnostic tool to check memory errors - no issues found
ran antivirus scan - no viruses or malware found. Removed anti virus, updated bios, updated drivers, even did a factory reset but same issue still persists. I don't have any hardware peripherals newly added to the PC.
I am also attaching analysis of the dump file.

Please help,
Gaurav

Hi gauravdj,

Welcome to the 7forums :)

Please read BSOD Posting Instructions
The second parameter indicates improper termination or defective cabling on SCSI devices or that two devices are trying to use the same IRQ. Please check your cabling for any problems, preferrable is replacement of the cabling for the time of troubleshooting to see if that may help.
I'll need the logs from the BSOD Posting Instructions for indepth analysis.

Please follow below suggestion, even when you already have done it, and upload the results (screenshots and/or logs.

Diagnostics Test

 HDD TEST

Run the long test.
   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

The /F command is not necessary, it is already included in the /R command ;)

You need to replace the drive and backup your data, sooner or later the drive will fail completely making data recovery expensive (if possible).
