BSOD 0x0000009F please advice me which driver made this

hi
today my hp made bsod but not as usually after reboot didn't back to work
i tried to bring it back to work, after some time i was able to boot nornally
i read about 0x0000009F so i made now new bios from HP site F.5A and microsoft fix Windows6.1-KB2459268-x86.zip
i'm not sure this will help for sure so please analyze my minidump for possible driver issue bsod

The BSODs are caused by the fingerprint sensor. Better you disable it.

just "disable device" in manager ?
are there better drivers for this fingerprint, from microsoft maybe?

i made "disable" this device, but still i can see kernel driver STOPPED system32\DRIVERS\ATSwpWDF.sys
is it mean windows will be loading this driver but will stop it after reboot?

In most of the cases the fingerprint sensor is not a real requirement. Most of the users dont loss anything without it.

My suggestion was to disable it because it is not only an unnecessary evil IMHO but also I am not getting any source of update to this thing that supports windows 7, since it is acquired by apple.

On 27 July 2012, AuthenTec was acquired by Apple Inc. for $356M.

In this case I really doubt that windows update may have an update to this driver. But you may definitely try.

STOPPED means it is not allowed to load at all; but it is present in the system.

Thanks Arc for your help. Now i can't check is this driver only caused that problem because after i've got normal boot there was no other BSOD. I made disable fingerprint device in manager also by using processhacker i setup manually this driver from 'demand start' to 'disabled' status. You've right i never useed fingerprint software/device to store passwords (it's stupid) , i didn't even install software from authentec just drivers to eliminate yellow mark in manager. Maybe i'm wrong but a year ago i saw optional update in windows updates and i think i made that update. Anyway if i will get again BSOD same error i will post it here. Again thans alot for your time. By the way, could you take a look for driver WUDFRD.sys, this driver generate mi problem with one device which must operate with sim security card. Is it possible wudfrd.sys generate also same BSOD?

No, wudfrd.sys does not (and cannot, too) cause a BSOD itself. Something else must be there that is causing wudfrd.sys to fail.

You got the AuthenTec as preinstalled. It is a factory bloatware. Not useful, but increases the price. The best way to deal with such things is to follow http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13

13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.

May be a bit time consuming, but the best way.

which i installed long time ago, i think there are no more updates for 4965AGN

i don't know why there are two option for windows 7 for my 4965AGN wifi device, first install drivers second did nothing

i think driver

system32\DRIVERS\NETwLv32.sys

is only named wifi link 5000 for Vista but it's just a name and is OK for my 4965AGN.

I think you are neglecting the issue and dragging it to some different direction.

WiFi was not disabled when the BSOD happened! It was RUNNING then. Said it in post #12, saying it again.

Hi again, today my system frozen for 8minutes, this happend when desktop was loaded and icons just showed.
i don't know where to find problems, because this time there was no BSOD.

i tried 3 times to powerON my system, when it freze i made reset it twice, last time i left it and after about 8minutes it unfrozen (all is inside system).
i'm fighting with this strange frozen thing for about 2yr, usually it's happen when i used wifi at home and power on system with LAN at work but it's not happen every time so i can't examine this every day.

i attached system log, i didn't found many errors so can't detect issue.
