BSOD 0x0000010D manly during shut down

Hello everybody,

I recently purchased a new PC from a company called Rhino where you can choose your parts and they mount the PC and install windows for you.
I bough it manly for home recording purposes (Music production).

I installed following SW:
-Cubase 8 Pro
-Native Instrument Komplete 10
-Waves Platinum
I installed following hardware
- Konplete Audio 6
- Komplete Kontrol S49
- USB eLicenser for Cubase
Beside that, everything is just as from factory

Unfortunately after a few days of usage, the problem with the BSOD started.
the exact code is
STOP: 0x0000010D (0x0000000000000006, 0x0000000000000003, 0x0000057FE4C39C28, 0xFFFFFA801D1B44A0)

Since I installed the above mentioned sw as I got the PC I cannot say if it could be the cause of the problem.

The problem occurs randomly every 3 or 4 day, mainly when I shut down the PC, but a couple of times it happened also when the PC was on.

I called Microsoft support but they replied that there is no way to find out which hardware or sw is causing the problem.

Is anybody able to help me out to find what is causing this problem and how could I fix it?
I would be very grateful for every hint.

Try running all the updates that are avaliabe from Windows Update.
BTW can you link me to rhino? Wanna explore them.

thanks for your reply, I´ve already tried to look for available updates and install them, but unfortunately it didn´t solve the problem..

Hi, I tried the test, it was passed..

After that I found out that I didn´t have the latest driver for my motherboard, I downloaded it and installed it, but today I got another bluescreen, so that wasn´t the problem:

- Is there a way to find out which component of my PC do not have the latest drivers?
- Is there way to identify which driver/hardware or software is causing the problem? From the bluescreen dump file or something like that?
