Tested hard drive with many programs and no errors or problems.

But my video drivers are updated with latest updates. CPU temperature and VGA is normal.

You are getting a error that is exclusively linked to bad hardware or a improper overclock.
There really isn't a whole lot of other things that produce the error you are getting.

I found out that may be problem in my video card. i put geforce gt220 to my pc and dont have any crashes playing and running tests. With radeon my pc crashes when tested with MSI Kombustor and intel burntest
Was it because of the power block? maybe not enough power? but about 2 years had no problems. do not know what to do.

ahhh one more thing. i updated Radeon bios maybe it could be a problem, but also after update i did not have problems.

Please give advice what to do
