Seem to be getting this error for a while now.
Says it's being caused by hal.dll
Started off while watching video mainly, facebook, youtube etc.
The only game I really play is Eve Online so I can only say it has been happening with this for me usually when I am running multiple clients.
Have run mem tests and cpu tests, all came back clear.
Have reseated and re-applied thermal paste to cpu.
Re-seated cables and connections and cleaned all dust from system.
Motherboard Bios has been updated.
Have tried different video cards. Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti.
This is all on a fresh install of Windows as I thought reformatting might sort it out.
Have uploaded file as requested.
Hope you can help out.
