hi guys
-------

My system
-----------
CPU : Intel i5-2500k
Main : Asus P8p67 rev3.0
Ram : 2x2gb gskill ddr3 1600mhz
Graphic : gainward GTX460 2gb
Hard : wd 500gb black series
monitor : LG w1952tq 1400x900
Cooler : zalman cnps10x
Power : 585w

Note:
- Recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64
- The motherboard BIOS is updated
- Direct X have installed
- Last graphics driver version is installed (353.30-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql)
- ram testing was no problem

Problem:
- Everytime I installed a NVIDIA drivers (all version) I will get a BSOD (nvlddmkm.sys)
My graphics card is 3 years old . It has been working for three years without any problems. But recently I've had this problem Nvlddmkm.sys

Start in Safe Mode and Remove all the NVIDIA Drivers and see if the default VGA Driver will load.

- I looked at all the solutions - But none of them did not respond
Fixing the Nvlddmkm Error (Display driver stopped responding and has recovered)

screenshot in GPU-Z - The graphics card is not work

Why do you have Driver Verifier enabled. Disable it. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Reinstall you drivers using this tutorial and install only the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

Gainward, you are going to have to decide which site you want to use for help. I am not going to do this with you jumping between sites and getting advice from others. I will have no idea what is going on. I am sure they feel the same way. You decide who you want to help you. It is no problem which you decide.

It's no problem and not disrespecting anyone. There are just things that you do from some other site that hurts what we are doing. I am sure any other site would tell you the same. I'll take a look. What brand is your PSU? The Manufacturer and Model would help.

It's still the same problem.

Code:
VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa8004fb44e0, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).

Arg4: 0000000000000002, Optional internal context dependent data.
Debugging Details:

A TDR error means your graphics drivers crashed but did not recover in thime. Try again to install the drivers using this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html Go by the tutorial, except install only the Graphics driver and PhysX driver and nothing else.
Also go into BIOS and tell me what your +12V, +5V and +3.3V readings are.

OK, voltages and Temps look fine. Of course that is at idle, so the voltages could change when under stress.

You are still getting graphics driver problems

If you have on board graphics, Completely uninstall all Nvidia graphics drivers, please unplug the power from your graphics card and completely remove the card from the machine. Plug your monitor into the on board graphics and make sure you have those drivers installed and try that and see if you get any changes. Do you have the installation DVD to reinstall Windows, if necessary?

I tested the following ways

- my mother doesn't have any onboard graphic outupt

- Installing new windows 7 , And install only Motherboard chipset drivers

- After installing the NVIDIA card graphics (Install an older version on DVD)

- I connected the monitor to graphic card output via VGA Cable then i restarted the windows machine . when i used the DVI cable i got BSOD error and when i used VGA cable after booting windows i don't have any signal on monitor and i see black screen nothing more .

Cable DVI = Error BSOD
Cable VGA = No Error BSOD But Black screen Before Windows starts

- if i installed new version of nvidia driver (version 337 , 341 , 353 ....) i got BSOD but when i installed older version located on original DVD after some times i don't have any signal and monitor is black .

New version Nvidia = Error BSOD
Old version = No Error BSOD but Black Screen Monitor

Did you do the clean install like in the tutorial I linked for you? Only install the Graphics Driver and PhysX, nothing else.

I suggest you try another graphics card. If you do not have an extra, see if you can borrow one from your friends. Just for a test. It seems to be either your Card, Your Motherboard or your PSU. When you try a different card, Download the drivers for the new card, uninstall the old drivers just like in the first part of the tutorial, except when it says restart after uninstalling the graphics driver, shut down instead. Unplug your PSU from the back of the computer. Hold the power button down for 30 seconds until all the LEDs on the board go off. Unplug the power from the current card, remove it, install the new card, plug it in, and start up. Install the new drivers for the new card.

Good idea, just make sure the drivers from the old card are gone before installing the new one.
