Hi guys, i need your help...

I've been struggling with this problem for a while on my laptop (5742g i3, 6gb ram, Broadcom Wlan & LAN, Realtek audio, Radeon hd5470) BSOD appears frequently when i put computer on sleep/hibernate. Problem persists after OS (win7 x64) reinstall with only 2 external (OEM)drivers installed (WLAN and GPU).

Whocrashed reports:

Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.

I've uploaded two (zipped) .dmp files if anyone can help with their interpretation

Thanks !
