BSOD 0xD1 on new install!

I didn't have this problem at all prior to updating to this build of Windows 7. I get the BSOD when upping the activity on the computer, such as trying to download multiple files at once. I thought it was the memory so I RMA'd it and it just got back. So I did an entire rebuild, cleaning and reseating everything. Did another full reformat and installed Windows 7 7100 from a different ISO off my flash drive. Bing! Again, BSOD. Not sure how to proceed. Details to follow...

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff88002ca402a).

It's a really fast BSOD, I see nothing but the screen going black with some crazy graphic bs going on for a half second then it restarts.... Nothing but a clean install. I just tried using Driver Sweeper on the ATI files but they kept reappearing even after I uninstalled them. Given that I still ran the ATI driver package then I went into IE to download Firefox and as soon as it started downloading, BSOD again. There is nothing else on the install, I tried using my flash drive and a DVD to install Windows 7 7100 and I still get the same problem. Like I said, memory is brand new, nothing is overclocked... I'm honestly stumped.

Here are the files related to the crash if anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate getting my computer to actually work again!

I also tried disabling Speedstep in BIOS, same result.

Probably caused by : afd.sys ( afd+202a )

That's in the TCP/IP stack, so it is network related. See if you can locate a different driver for you NIC somehow.

Also, doing this comand from an elvated command prompt can see if all files on your system are correct, not corrupt:

sfc /scannnow

Also, build 7137 is available now. Since you probably don't have too much installed, I recommend a clean install of that if you can't sort this out somehow. Good luck.

Finally, I know you said a clean install, but I still recommend a complete (not quick) scan with Malwarebytes. http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Give any other scanner a run too, if you have time and the energy.

Torrent,

I just really wanted to thank you for your help! It ended up being the NIC drivers... I went to the latest build of Windows 7 and removed the provided NIC drivers and installed new ones and the problem is gone. Completely solid! Thank you man! If not for you I'd still be out of commission!
