So this started a few days ago, BSOD popped up with error code 0x000000f4. After that it popped up more randomly (Doesn't matter if playing a game or being idle or what). I have run diagnostics on my CPU,motherboard,RAM,HDD,SDD, and other hardware and haven't found anything wrong with them yet. I just re-installed windows 7 on my machine literally 1 hour ago. While installing/downloading updates the BSOD popped up again (Same code 0xF4). However this time no mini dump file was created (BSOD hung on initializing disk). This is a relatively new system (Less than 2 years old, built it myself), any help is much appreciated, I'm currently continuing to install updates and service pack 1.
While there was no mini-dump file created, I remember, before the re-install, the previous minidumps were referring to ntoskrnl.exe, if that helps at all. Uploaded the .zip file as required as well, of course it does no include a mini dump file though.

Computer just crashed again, was just downloading a game through steam, and everything froze and locked up, however the mouse still worked. (Windows froze, desktop froze, startmenu/bar disappeared after a bit) also would not respond to ctrl+alt+dlt or ctrl+sift+esc.
However this time it threw KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR , STOP 0x0000007A
Again the BSOD is hanging at "Initializing disk for crash dump..." So no mini dump file...

Alright, so I played Skyrim for ~30 minutes, Ultra setting + quite a few mods, everything seems to be running alright, going to get some sleep now but I'm going to run a Prime95 torture test while I'm sleeping. Will post back tommorow afternoon (EST).

Alright, so I ran a Prime95 torture test overnight and these were the results for all 6 workers (give or take 5 on the number of tests completed)::
"Torture Test completed 377 tests in 10 hours 20 minutes - 0 errors, 0 warnings."
One workers completed 374 tests while one completed 381 tests, and others in between those numbers. However no errors and my system did not crash. So everything seems to be, will restart my computer now and resume normal use installing all the programs I need and etc. This seems to have fixed the problem (hopefully) and I will post back in around 3 days if nothing goes wrong to confirm this did indeed fix it. If something does go wrong, well, I'll post that haha. Thanks again koolkat77, you were a great help.

Alright just updating like I said I would. No BSOD since updating the SSD firmware. Been playing video games, programming, and have had my machine on for 2 days straight with no issue. So i'm confident that this fixed the issue. One last thanks to koolkat77, hopefully I won't be posting back here for a while =P
