Solved BSOD 1000007e error every time on start up

Hi
First of all sry for my english.
I have problem with my second laptop and every time I turn on windows logo shows up and instantly BSOD came up.
Startup repair doesn't work and I can't put windows 7 repair disc because I don't have CD-Rom on this laptop.
Laptop specs
I can open safe mode but that's all I can do.
I upload dump file so you can see what is wrong.

Boot into Safe Mode and uninstall Avast. Now try boot normally.
